The above course was primarily aimed at younger Karateka - the London SIM will be for both adult and children.

One of the main things I will be advising is for those wishing to attend the SIM course in London is to book the course themselves and once they have commited the meagre £30 due by 30th April then travel/accommodation can be sorted out.

Saturday 30/05/09: Class at Kelvin Hall in held the Club Room at the Kelvin Hall - Adults 11am to Noon, Children Noon to 1pm.

At the recent course held at Loch Lomond the undernoted were awarded the rank of 1st Dan (Shodan) Black Belt in the art of Shotokai Karate-Do

	All members, both junior & adult, are reminded if you do not renew your membership on the date it should be, then the policy of our National Governing Body, National Association of Karate & Martial Art Schools (NAKMAS), is to backdate your renewal to the date of expiry on your membership ie should have been renewed 1/09/08 but actually renewed 01/11/08. NAKMAS will backdate to 1/09/08 and next renewal date will be......1/09/09 ! NOT 01/11/09 !	24th Nov 2008
	Please remember that any karate suits, training equipment etc can be purchased through the association at reduced costs compared to shops. See Stephen and you will be able to order top class training equipment at very reasonable costs.	24th Nov 2008
