| Glasgow Karate-do Shoto Association was formed in 1992 and is independent of any other martial arts organisation. This allows our Members to train in any discipline without interference, in fact we encourage our Members to seek out other forms of martial arts to integrate into our training. | ||

| There are no age limits within our Association. The youngest student is 5 years old and our eldest is 76! | ||
| Fitness | ||
| Provided you are in good health you can train with us. Our Coaching Certificates include teaching individuals with disabilities. We may ask you to check with your GP that you can take part. | ||
